Meet The RMTs
at One Body

Experienced massage therapists who deeply care.

Our RMTs provide more than a routine massage service—they invite a thoughtful process of understanding what your body needs and how to support it.

Our Registered Massage Therapists take the time to listen, assess, and create an intentional treatment plan that reflects your goals, your history, and what is showing up in your body.

Whether you’re managing pain, recovering from injury or surgery, looking to prevent future strain, or making space for yourself to exhale and recuperate, your treatment is always guided by clinical reasoning and genuine investment in your wellbeing.

Our RMTs Meet You Exactly Where You Are—With Skill and Compassion

What makes One Body unique? Our massage therapists blend evidence-informed practice with a calm, caring presence that helps you feel at peace from the moment you arrive. You’ll feel seen, respected, and supported while knowing your care is grounded in skill, assessment, and purpose.

We work as a collaborative team and share a commitment to individualized care. Here, healing is prioritized. It’s intentional, responsive, and built around helping you return to movement that feels good—and a body that moves in a way that helps you make the most out of life.

Our team members are also committed learners. Continually finding ways to better our skills and approach so we can maintain providing the best service possible.

Not every therapeutic technique listed on our website is practiced by every massage therapist. We encourage you to review each therapist’s bio to learn more about their individual approaches and choose the massage therapist whose style best aligns with what you’re looking for.

Our Registered Massage Therapists

Aleesha Boos - RMT & Owner

After an accident left her with persistent pain, Aleesha discovered massage therapy through her own healing journey. Through this experience, she’s come to personally appreciate how chronic pain can feel like an uphill battle to resolve. Through this, she’s come to dedicate herself to providing people with a science-backed strategy for feeling better so they can enjoy life more.

Aleesha is skilled in many areas including Graston Technique, fascial manipulation, kinesio taping, joint mobilization, TMJ management, prenatal care, chronic pain, and athletic performance.

As an RMT, Massage Clinic Owner, and mom to three young boys, Aleesha is used to carrying a lot. She deeply understands the importance of feeling well in body and mind. Appreciating the value of her health paves the way, allowing her to wake surf on the Shuswap, cross country ski at Larch Hills, and back country camp, while showing up well for her business and family too.

Julie Redlin - RMT + RMT Continuing Education Instructor

Julie is passionate about finding the root cause of your biggest problems—the reason that brought you into the massage clinic in the first place. Her care extends beyond what happens during your session. It extends to recommendations on your routines, work set up, and electronic use to prevent the same pain and muscle tightness from reoccurring.

Julie’s perspective, based on her decades of experience, is that you cannot separate the mind from the body. Treating the whole body as One Body is essential for creating long-lasting results.

Julie’s massage techniques involve deep tissue work using hot and cool stones, as well as working with the nervous system to induce a parasympathetic state. A skilled professional in this area, she is also an instructor providing education in hot stone massage.

If you’re not meeting her in the treatment room, don’t be surprised to run into her on a forest trail or hanging out at the beach paddling a kayak or rowing a long scull boat.

Sarah Baker - RMT

As your RMT, Sarah is on a mission to help you feel better in your body. While this emphasis is clear and simple, it’s also exceedingly powerful. As an empath, she truly cares about the experience her clients have in the treatment room and how that translates to their everyday life.

Sarah has been driven to expand her skills as an RMT, pursuing additional education in pre-natal massage, post natal massage, post cesarean treatments, full body dissection, treating pain, and more. She does offer direct billing.

When she’s not at the clinic, you can probably find her reading a book or enjoying quality time with her dog Finley and her husband.

Brittany Robert - RMT

Brittany is a graduate of the Vancouver College of Registered Massage Therapy and is passionate about helping people feel their best through thoughtful, personalized care. Her practice focuses on both therapeutic and relaxation massage, supporting clients with stress reduction, muscle tension relief, mobility concerns, chronic pain, and overall wellness.

Brittany was drawn to massage therapy because it brings together science, movement, and meaningful human connection. Through her work, she loves creating a space where people can slow down, relax, and reconnect with their bodies while receiving care that supports both physical and mental wellbeing. Her approach to treatment reflects the belief that every person’s body and needs are unique. Brittany works closely with clients experiencing work stress, injuries, or ongoing tension, providing individualized care that helps them move toward greater comfort, balance, and long-term health. At this time, Brittany does not offer direct billing.

When she’s not in the treatment room, Brittany enjoys spending time outdoors, being with family, or relaxing with a good cup of coffee.
